| SPMCIL organized “Official Language Technical Seminar” for the participants from all the member offices successfully on 30.07.2024 under the aegis of TOLIC, Delhi (Undertaking-2) at Tagore Hall, SCOPE Complex Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha, Director (HR), SPMCI in the auspicious presence of distinguished guests Shri Ajay Agarwal, Director (Finance), SPMCIL, Shri B.J. Gupta, Chief General Manager (HR), SPMCIL, Shri Rajesh Srivastava, Jt. Director (Implementation), Department of Official Language, MHA and Shri Ashok Kumar, Member Secretary, TOLIC. In the presidential address, Shri S.K. Sinha emphasised on “Vikalp Rahit Sankalp” regarding the use of Hindi in official work. He urged all the participants to make themselves multi-talented. Shri Ajay Agarwal, Director (Finance), SPMCIL shared the detailed description of the entire working system and sovereign products of the Company. He also congratulated TOLIC for its efforts in promoting the Official Language Hindi. Shri Ashok Kumar, Member Secretary, TOLIC congratulated the SPMCIL management for the innovative programmes being conducted from time to time under the aegis of TOLIC. The second session was chaired by Shri Rajesh Srivastava, Joint Director (Implementation). He enriched the participants on promoting and effective implementation of Official Language. In the third session, Shri K.P. Sharma, Deputy Director, Regional Implementation Office, Delhi, delivered a lecture on the inspection questionnaire of the Hon’ble Committee of Parliament on Official Language. In the last session of the programme, a practice session was organised based on questions related to Official Language policy and rules. The participants praised this initiative and expressed their positive feedback for conducting the entire programme. |
